How Camp Emails handles Google and camp data.
Camp Emails accesses camp Gmail inboxes only after a camp explicitly signs in with Google. The app reads incoming messages, sender information, timestamps, message content, and attached or inline images as needed to generate camp mail packets. This data is used only to operate the service and is not sold or used for advertising.
What data is accessed
Camp Emails accesses Gmail message content, sender, subject, received time, and images when a camp authorizes Gmail access.
How data is used
Google user data is used only to sort messages, match them to campers, and generate printable mail packets for the camp office.
